How to Connect to Xero from efile4Biz

Before logging into, set up in Xero, the following:

Then on, log in/sign up using the fields in the upper-right-corner. Once you have logged in, you will be at “My Dashboard”.

Follow These Easy Steps ...

On the right side of “My Dashboard”, click on the Xero logo.

After clicking on the Xero logo, you will be taken the “Upload Forms Option” page.

Click on the “Connect” button underneath the Xero logo.

From the drop-down menu, select the Tax Year and the Organization you want to import from your Xero account, and click on “Connect to Xero”.

You will be directed to access your Xero login page.
Please enter your Xero credentials.

Select your Organization. Please choose which company to import 1099 data from into Select a company and click on “Allow Access”.

You will be directed to, where you can review if there are any errors on your imported data. If there are no errors, you will be taken to “Forms In Progress” page.

Select the forms you want to process and your Filing Option. Then click on Add to Cart.

From the “Cart” page, click on “Proceed to Checkout”. You then will be prompted to enter payment information to complete the transaction.
